Public beta versionTerms of use
Version 0.1 · draft for final legal review before paid public launch.
1. About ChatDAX
ChatDAX is a Decision & Action eXperience for decision support. The service helps users structure information, compare options and prepare next steps. ChatDAX is not a replacement for a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional.
2. Beta and availability
ChatDAX is released in phases. Features, data sources and prices may change. We aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3. Responsible use
You must not submit unlawful content, misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security or usage limits. You verify important facts before acting on them.
4. AI output and decisions
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. Sources, assumptions and uncertainty should be visible where possible. You remain responsible for the final decision unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. External providers
For external products and services, the provider and contracting party are clearly identified. That provider is responsible for price, availability, delivery, warranty, cancellation and performance unless ChatDAX explicitly states otherwise.
6. Ranking, sponsorship and commission
Recommendations are based on the user request, suitability, quality and relevant constraints. Paid placements and sponsorships are clearly marked. Commission must not silently determine substantive ranking.
7. Payment and withdrawal
For paid reports, the price, contents and applicable cancellation or withdrawal rules are shown before payment. Digital delivery starts only after the required consent. Refund requests are assessed under the published refund policy and mandatory consumer law.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy. Sensitive data is processed only when necessary and lawful. You may request access, correction, export or deletion.
9. Intellectual property
The software, brand assets and platform structure remain the property of ChatDAX or the relevant licensors. You retain rights to content you provide yourself to the extent provided by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and at most the amount paid for the relevant service. This limitation does not apply where exclusion is prohibited by law, including intentional misconduct, deliberate recklessness or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Complaints and contact
Complaints can be submitted through the contact page. We first try to reach a reasonable solution directly. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction will be aligned with the place of establishment and target market in the final legal version.
12. Versions
For significant changes, we ask for renewed acceptance. The applicable version, date, language and region are recorded when accepted.
